The voters nobody calls, and the math to reach them.

We work with candidates, independent expenditure groups, ballot measure campaigns, and advocacy organizations across Alaska — at any scale from a borough assembly seat to a statewide race.

Service 01

Youth Voter Outreach

Voters under 35 are the largest untapped bloc in most Alaska districts. They register late, move often, and rarely appear in a standard likely-voter universe — which is exactly why campaigns skip them and lose them.

We build youth programs as a real contact program with its own goal, universe, budget, and reporting — not as a social media line item. Programs run for campaigns, ballot measure committees, and nonpartisan civic organizations alike.

Service 02

Campaign Planning

Before anyone knocks a door, the campaign should be able to answer one question: how many votes does it take to win, and where do they come from?

Our planning engagements produce a single working document — the vote goal, the universes, the message, the budget, and the calendar. It is written to be handed to a campaign manager and executed, not filed away.

Planning can be a standalone engagement for campaigns that intend to run in-house, or the first phase of a full management retainer.

  • Vote goal modeling
  • RCV strategy
  • Targeting
  • Message development
  • Budget design
Additional support

Engagements that don't need a full retainer.

Short-scope work for campaigns, committees, and organizations that need one thing done well.

Race assessment

A pre-filing read on whether the seat is winnable, what it costs, and what the candidate would need to bring to it.

Compliance & treasury support

APOC and FEC calendars, filing preparation, disclaimer review, and treasurer training for in-house teams.

Voter file & targeting

Universe cuts, turf building, precinct-level analysis, and data hygiene for campaigns running their own field program.

Candidate & surrogate training

Message discipline, debate prep, press interviews, and door-to-door coaching for candidates and their validators.

Ballot measure campaigns

Signature-gathering strategy, coalition management, and the education-to-persuasion pivot that measure campaigns live or die on.

Post-election review

Precinct-level performance analysis, spend efficiency, and a written debrief your next campaign can actually use.

Working together

How an engagement starts.

No long procurement process. Four conversations and you'll know whether we're the right fit.

  1. 01

    Intro call

Thirty minutes on the office, the district, the timeline, and what's already in place. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Race assessment

We pull the district data and give you an honest read: what the vote goal looks like, what it costs, and what the real obstacles are.

  3. 03

    Scope & agreement

A written scope of work, fee structure, and reporting cadence. You know exactly who is on the account and what they deliver.

  4. 04

    Plan and launch

The campaign plan comes first. Everything after that is execution against it, reviewed on a weekly call.

Not sure which service you need?

Most campaigns start with a race assessment. Tell us the office and the district and we'll come back with the math.
