Earlier than most people think. The strongest campaigns start planning a full year before the election, and fundraising well before the filing deadline. That said, we take on mid-cycle engagements — including campaigns that need to change direction after a primary.

We're selective about who we work with and we don't take opposing sides in the same race. The best way to find out whether we're a fit is a direct conversation — bring your platform and your reasons for running, and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right firm.

It depends on the scope and the office. A standalone campaign plan is a fixed-fee project. Full management is a monthly retainer scaled to the size of the race and the length of the engagement. We put fees in writing before any work starts, and we don't take a percentage of media spend.

Yes. We work in districts across the state, including rural and off-road-system communities. Travel is budgeted into the engagement from the start rather than added as a surprise late in the cycle.

Yes. Youth voter outreach is available as a standalone engagement for campaigns, ballot measure committees, and nonpartisan civic organizations — with its own vote goal, budget, and weekly reporting, whether or not we're managing the rest of the campaign.
